Holiday Seminars

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
A tuition payment of $625.00 must accompany all reservation requests
(make checks payable to Holiday Seminars). Fees for lift tickets and additional mountain picnic tickets are also paid to Holiday Seminars and these items will be included on your statement. Final statements will be sent December 1, 2008 with the balance due 01/18/2008 Financial arrangements for lodging reservations vary slightly depending upon the property desired. Each will be explained individually when you contact Snowmass Central Reservations. Typical arrangements are 50% of rent due within 10 days after making the reservation and the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment for lodging and airlines is paid directly to Snowmass Central Reservations.

CANCELLATIONS, TUITION REFUNDS:
Full refund less $25.00 cancellation fee per registrant if cancellation is received prior to 01/18/2008. Cancellation fee is $ 100.00 when received on or after 01/18/2008. No refunds for "no show's". All cancellations must be in writing.

LODGING, AIRFARE, AND LIFT TICKET REFUNDS:
Airfare and lodging refunds are subject to the policies of the airlines and the property management companies. Unused lift tickets are 100% refundable. Other unused services/tours are non-refundable.

RESPONSIBILITY This study seminar outlined herein will be carried out under the business management of Holiday Seminars, Inc. Holiday Seminars and its agents hold itself free from responsibility with hotel accommodations, tours, motorcoach, car, and any other means of transportation, damages, strikes, loss, change of schedule, and/or inconvenience to passengers and belongings.
