SPECIAL GROUP DISCOUNTS

Three, Four, Five, Six and Seven days, 4 mountain adult lift tickets for your entire party can be ordered through the Holiday Seminar Office at substantial savings. These rates also include the Mountain Advantage Card, which you will receive with your lift ticket. This card entitles you to discounts at some on-mountain restaurants, at Ski Foto, and up to a 35% discount on Selected Lessons.
TO OBTAIN THESE DISCOUNTED PRICES AND THE MOUNTAIN ADVANTAGE CARD YOU MUST ORDER YOUR LIFT TICKETS THROUGH THE HOLIDAY SEMINAR OFFICE, NOT THROUGH YOUR LODGING PROPERTY OR THE ASPEN SKIING COMPANY OFFICE.

Coupons for ski rental discounts and discounts on purchases at Gene Taylor Sports, and several local restaurants and shops are mailed with final packet.

NASTAR RACE
Wednesday morning the NASTAR race is free for all seminar registrants.Others in your group can enjoy this challenge for a small fee.

WEDNESDAY PICNIC ON THE MOUNTAIN
The picnic is free for all seminar registrants and includes lunch, soft drinks and free souvenir photo. Tickets for spouses, family and friends may be ordered after registration. An order form will be sent upon receipt of registration so that you may include all your party in this fun event.

EARLY REGISTRATION BONUS
For those registering by November 30, you will receive:
Credit for 2 days of deluxe ski rental (or equivalent toward Demo ski rental) at Gene Taylor Sports
AND
Will be entered into a drawing for a 5 night summer stay at Timberline Condos in Snowmass. (one bedroom for up to 4 persons)

SPECIAL BONUS FOR ALUMNI Those attending Aspen Anesthesia for the third or more years may have their choice of:

Please make your lodging arrangements as early as possible. While the properties listed in our brochure and on our website offer discounted rates to seminar attendees, and have blocked space for our group, these blocks often sell out prior to the end of November. Reserve early to avoid disapointment.

American, United, SkyWest(Delta), Fly into the Aspen Airport. A number of airlines fly into Eagle/Vail. Frontier is expected to announce flights into Aspen and/or Eagle/Vail in Sept.
American now is the only airline to offer group discounts, you can check that out online at AA.COM or by calling their group desk. American serves Denver and Eagle/Vail: Call 1-800-433-1790; the group name is Aspen Anesthesia and the ID code is A3318AM. The discount is 5%, however, that might not be better than fares found elsewhere on the internet; so please be aware of the internet prices prior to checking American's prices.
United serves Denver, Eagle/Vail, and Aspen: Call 1-800-241-6522.

If you need transfers from either Denver or Eagle/Vail, call Colorado Mountain Express at 1-800-525-6363. Rates from Denver are $112pp and from Eagle/Vail are $65pp. They offer a 10% discount off of those prices; code is ANES.
