The Timberline consists of 96 individually owned and tastefully decorated condominiums ranging from studios to three bedroom units. Our studio efficiency and studio efficiency loft units are equipped with efficiency kitchens. The Timberline's studio loft full kitchen units feature a full-sized kitchen. Our one, two and three bedroom condominiums feature full kitchens and fireplaces. All units have remote control color cable televisions with HBO, microwaves, CD Players and VCRs, complimentary in-room safes, and humidifiers. Videotapes are available for rental at the front desk.The Timberline Condominiums warmly welcome you with the comforts of home and excellent service. Skiing access is excellent, with luxurious rooms that open right onto the slopes. It's easy to ski to your own fully equipped kitchen for lunch...and return to once again at the end of an exhilarating day. Rest up for the evening, though, because we're within walking distance of the Snowmass Mall's shopping, dining, entertainment and other après-ski activities. Amenities As the name suggests, The Timberline is a rather lofty condominium address. Amenities are abundant. Yet the atmosphere is warm, inviting and informal. The Timberline's therapy pool is the largest in Snowmass. There's also a sauna. And whether you desire dinner reservations or other special arrangements, our friendly, caring staff will eagerly accommodate your requests. The Timberline is the only condominium complex in Snowmass with its own restaurant, Butch's Lobster Bar. Butch's is a locally renowned New England style seafood restaurant and lounge. Excellent food at affordable prices. Children's menu also available. Our 4000 square foot deck and picnic area on the ski slope has a fantastic view of the Snowmass valley. Also on property is a guest laundry facility for your convenience.Guest Services Timberline guest services include a full service front desk and bell staff to take care of your every need, including courtesy van service to and from the Aspen Airport and around Snowmass Village.
