The Fine Print
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
A tuition payment of $575.00 per person must accompany all reservation requests.  Confirmation, balance due, and all pertinent details will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit.  A lodging deposit equal to the cost of one night lodging will be billed upon receipt of your lodging reservation and is due in the Holiday Seminar office in 10 days.  Full payment for lodging must be received in our office by February 15, 2008.  Those registering after February 15, must include payment in full with reservation requests.  It may be to your advantage to pay in full prior to Dec. 31, 2008;
consult your tax advisor.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received in writing.  In the event of cancellation, all
tuition monies minus the following cancellation fees will be refunded:
* $25.00 per registrant when requested prior to January 31, 2008.
* $50.00 per registrant when requested on or after January 31, 2008.
* There will be no refunds for cancellations after March 21, 2008.
* lodging refunds are according to the policies of the Royal Resorts
management.
* Cancellation of air reservations is subject to all rules and regulations
of the respective airlines. 

RESPONSIBILITY
This study seminar outlined herein will be carried out under the business management of Holiday Seminars, Inc.  Holiday Seminars, Inc. act only as agents for the various transportation companies, sight-seeing contractors, and other principles and is in no way to be considered as the principal operator of the subject services.  Holiday Seminars hold themselves free from responsibility with hotel accommodations, tours, motorcoach, car, and any other means of transportation, damages, strikes, loss, change of schedule, inconvenience to passenger and belongings.  Holiday Seminars reserves the right to amend the advertised schedule whenever factors make it necessary or advisable.

The format of the seminar will be lectures and discussion group/conference style.   Each session will begin with 3 - 4 hours of lecture.  Following the lectures, the speakers will lead the group in discussions of cases related to the lecture topics.   You will have the opportunity to present your experiences for the group to discuss if you so desire. 

Continental Breakfast for seminar registrants will be served at each session.  The order of lecture sessions subject to possible change due to necessary changes in speakers schedules.
