MONDAY MORNING SKI & EQUIPMENT RAFFLE
At the end of the Monday morning session at about 9:00 AM we will raffle off items that are donated to our seminar by Gene Taylor Sports. These items include a new pair of skis, and 30 to 40 other items from their shop. Tickets for this drawing will be included in your final packet of information that will be mailed to your about three weeks prior to the seminar. Please sign the ticket legibly and turn in at the Sunday evening reception or at the Monday morning session. You must be present to win.
ASPEN AIRPORT - CAR RENTAL DISCOUNTS
AVIS offers discounted rates for those of our group arriving in Aspen desiring a rental car. Full size sedan: Reg. $324/wk is $199/wk; 4WD:Reg. $744/wk is $299/wk. Make reservations in advance by calling 970-925-2355 (fax is 970-920-7784). Identify yourself as attending the Aspen Anesthesia seminar, and quote the above rates. If any difficulty, ask to speak with the manager, Mr. Jordan Sutton. You must identify yourself as attending the Aspen Anesthesia seminar to obtain the above rates. EARLY REGISTRATION BONUSES
If you register for Aspen Anesthesia by November 30, 2011 you can receive three additional benefits:
1) - FREE 2-DAY SKI RENTAL: You will be given a Gene Taylor's Gift Certificate for $33.00 valid only in the ski rental department (equal to two days rental (standard package, skis, boots & poles). You may also use this certificate to apply toward any rentals including demo equipment. It is not valid for purchases.
2) - FREE DRAWING: You will be entered into a drawing for a 5 night Summer Stay at the Timberline Condos. This drawing will be held at the end of the first session Monday morning at about 9:00 AM. You must be present to win.
3) - $75.00 MERCHANDISE GIFT CERTIFICATE: For those who ALSO reserve 5 or more nights at any of the Snowmass lodging options listed on our website or brochure by November 30, 2011 will be given a $75.00 Gene Taylor's Gift Certificate valid for merchandise purchases only. The lodging reservations must be made at the group rate by calling the property directly and using the group name "Aspen Anesthesia". Reservations made through the internet or through any agency do not qualify.
