Special Seminar Events and Bonuses from Holiday Seminars
WELCOME RECEPTION AND REGISTRATION, Sunday Evening, January 30
Seminar registrants and their spouse/guest are invited to a Sunday evening reception from 5:00 - 6:15 PM Sunday evening. Food and Soft drinks will be served and there will be a cash bar available. Those who have prepaid tuition can pick up their syllabus, name badge and other materials; registration will be available for those who have not prepaid. Those who did not already pickup their lift tickets may do so Sunday evening as well. Gene Taylor's Sports will be there to answer questions and to accept tickets for the free drawing Monday morning.
EARLY REGISTRATION BONUSES
If you register for Aspen Anesthesia by to November 30, 2010 you can receive three additional benefits:
1) - FREE 2-DAY SKI RENTAL: You will be given a Gene Taylor's gift certificate for $33.00 valid only in the ski rental department (equal to two days rental (standard package, skis, boots, & poles). You may use this certificate to apply toward any rentals including demo equipment. It is not valid for purchases.
2) - FREE DRAWING: You will be entered into a drawing for a 5 night Summer Stay at the Timberline Condos. This drawing will be held at the end of the first session Monday morning at about 9:00 AM. You must be present to win.
3) - $75.00 MERCHANDISE GIFT CERTIFICATE : For those who ALSO reserve 5 or more nights at any of the Snowmass lodging options listed on our website or brochure by November 30, 2010 will be given a $75.00 Gene Taylor's gift certificate valid for merchandise purchases only. The lodging reservations must be made at the group rate by calling the property directly and using the group name "Aspen Anestheisa". Reservations made on the internet or through any agency do not qualify.
MONDAY MORNING SKI & EQUIPMENT RAFFLE
At the end of the Monday morning session at about 9:00 AM we will raffle off items that are donated to our seminar by Gene Taylor Sports. These items include a new pair of skis, and 30 to 40 other items from their shop. Tickets for this drawing will be included in your final packet of information that will be mailed to your about three weeks prior to the seminar. Please sign the ticket legibly and turn in at the Sunday evening reception or at the Monday morning session. You must be present to win.
WEDNESDAY NASTAR RACE
Our group will have a NASTAR race Wednesday morning from 10:00 - 11:30 AM. Each registrant may have two runs, and this is included in the tuition fees. Any additional members of your party may also participate in the race for a fee of $6.00. All medal winners will be announced and medals given after the Wednesday evening session.
WEDNESDAY NOON PICNIC
All registrants for the seminar will be given a ticket for a fun picnic which will be held at the Spider Sabich Cabin just below the NASTAR race grounds from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. This ticket will be included in the final packet which will be mailed to each registrants three weeks prior to the seminar. All additional members of your party may join us for the fee of $16.00. Menu will include grilled burgers and vegeburgers with all the trimmings, baked beans, salad, cookies and soft drinks and hot drinks.
THIRD YEAR ALUMNI BONUSES
All those who have attended three or more Aspen seminars, including Aspen Anesthesia, 2010 will receive their choice of:
1) a $40.00 credit toward their lift ticket purchases
2) a $60.00 gift certificate for Gene Taylors Sports. This may be used for any purchase or rental expense.
TEN YEAR ALUMNI BONUS
All those who have attended ten or more Aspen seminars, including Aspen Anesthesia, 2010 will be invited to attend an alumni dinner Tuesday of the seminar week. They may bring a guest of their choice. The dinner will be following the evening session of the seminar.
