$100 EARLY REGISTRATION BONUS*:
Those who register for the seminar AND reserve four or more nights at the Camelback Inn at the group rates, under the name "Scottsdale Anesthesia" by July 31, 2011 qualify for the Early Registration Bonus of $100 CREDIT on their room account at check-in. This can be used for any resort activity such as:

$50 ALUMNI BONUS*:
If this is your third or more year attending Scottsdale Anesthesia, you qualify for an Alumni Bonus of $50 CREDIT (or Gift Card) on your room account at check-in. This can be used for resort activities such as Spa and Dining.
How and where to pay:
Payment for tuition is made to Holiday Seminars, Inc.
Lodging reservations and payments are made directly to the Camelback Inn.
For Tuition Payment: You may register online and pay the tuition fee by clicking on the "register now" tab on this website, or by calling the Holiday Seminars office toll free at 1-877-859-0550.
For Lodging Reservations and Payments: You may make your lodging reservations either by calling the Camelback Inn at 1-800-266-9432 and speaking with a reservationist, or by using the link below and making your reservation online. To obtain the discounted group rate, you must identify yourself as attending the "Scottsdale Anesthesia" Seminar when you speak with the reservationists, or by using the link below to book through our group booking webpage.
If you wish to arrive earlier than November 6, or stay later than November 10, dates either three days before or three days after the conference may be reserved at the discounted group rates on a space available basis. These reservations must be made by calling the Camelback Inn or booked online by using the link below.

The Fine Print:
Airfare and lodging refunds are subject to the policies of the airlines and the Camelback Inn and Marriott companies. Other unused services/tours are non-refundable.
Tuition Refunds: For Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the first session of the seminar, the cancellation fee is $50.00. For Cancellations more than a week, but less than 30 days prior to the first session, the cancellation fee is $100.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than a week prior to the first session.

Holiday Seminars and its agents hold itself free from responsibility with hotel accommodations, tours, motorcoach, car, and any other means of transportation, damages, strikes, loss, change of schedule, and/or inconvenience to passengers and belongings.
