Aspen Anesthesia Seminar

WELCOME RECEPTION AND REGISTRATION
SUNDAY EVENING, FEBRUARY 4
Seminar registrants and their spouse/guest are invited to a Sunday evening Reception from 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM. Food and beverages will be served. Those who have prepaid tuition can pick up their name badge and other materials; registration will be available for those who have not prepaid. Those who did not already pick up their lift tickets may do so Sunday evening as well. We will have a booth exhibiting the Free Drawing items sponsored by Holiday Seminars, Town of Snowmass Village, Aspen Ski Co., Gene Taylor's Sports & more! We will accept tickets for the free drawing Sunday night and Monday morning - the drawing will take place Monday morning immediately following the last lecture, around 9 AM.
FREE DRAWING
MONDAY MORNING, FEBRUARY 5
At the end of the Monday morning session (about 9:00 AM) we will raffle off items that are donated to our seminar by Gene Taylor's Sports, Aspen Skiing Co., Town of Snowmass Village, and Holiday Seminars. These items include ski accessories, massages at the spa, dining certificates, and more! Tickets for this drawing will be included in your registration packet that you will get on-site at the seminar. Please sign the ticket legibly and turn it in at the Sunday evening reception or at the Monday morning session. You must be present to win.
TEN YEAR ALUMNI DINNER
TUESDAY 10+ YEAR ALUMNI DINNER, FEBRUARY 6
If this is your tenth or more year attending a Holiday Seminars conference, you will be invited to attend an alumni dinner Tuesday evening of the seminar week (immediately following the evening session). A guest of your choice is also invited. An invitation with further details will be emailed to those who qualify prior to the meeting week. If you have additional family with you, you may purchase a dinner for them on a space availabile basis. Please contact the Holiday Seminars office at 877-859-0550 for more information. PICNIC ON THE MOUNTAIN
WEDNESDAY LUNCH, FEBRUARY 7
All registrants of the seminar will be given a free ticket for a fun picnic which will be held at the Spider Sabich Cabin just below the NASTAR race grounds from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. This ticket will be included in your registration packet that you will get on-site at the seminar. All additional members of your party may join us for the fee of $26.00 per person. The menu will include a generous spread of lean beef or garden burgers grilled outdoors and served with all the fixings, soup, salad, fresh fruit, dessert, and hot and cold drinks including wine - a good value for on-mountain meals! Non-skiers that wish to come to the picnic may sign up at the Holiday Seminars Registration Desk for a snowmobile transfer at an extra charge - limited spots available on a first come, first served basis. You can also hike up for free.
NASTAR RACE
NASTAR races are now free to the public. You can compete against others in our group on the public course on Wednesday from 11:00am - 2:00pm (weather permitting); we will award the medals earned for our group on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon at the meeting. You can also race on your own any day that it’s open; the Snowmass course is open Wednesday - Sunday from 11:00am - 2:00pm (weather permitting).
