All room rates are plus 17.42% tax. Porterage and housekeeping gratuities are up to individual discretion ($7.00 per person, each way is recommended for porterage and $5.50 per room, per day is recommended for housekeeping gratuities).

Rooms Cancellation Policy: Cancel more than 72 hours prior to arrival with the hotel to avoid a cancellation charge of 2 nights room and tax.

Extend Your Trip

If you wish to arrive earlier than February 24, or stay later than March 2, dates either five days before or five days after the conference may be reserved at the discounted group rates on a space available basis. Resort View Room: $320/night
Located in all three towers of the resort, the resort view rooms overlook the majestic West Maui Mountains, the renowned Ka'anapali Golf Course, or offer views of lush garden landscaping which may include the exterior parking area. Guestrooms are 451 square feet and feature a sleek, contemporary Hawaiian design that is both comfortable and sophisticated. Bedding includes either one king bed with a full size sofa pull-out, or two beds consisting of one queen and one double bed. Each newly remodeled luxury hotel room also features a private lanai from which to enjoy panoramic views.

Partial Ocean View Room: $350/night
Located throughout the three towers of the resort, these hotel rooms offer a view of the Pacific Ocean that can be seen from the balcony (the ocean view is not visible from inside the guest room, hence the partial view). Guestrooms are 451 square feet and feature a sleek, contemporary Hawaiian design that is both comfortable and sophisticated. Bedding includes either one king bed with a full size sofa pull-out, or two beds consisting of one queen and one double bed. Each newly remodeled luxury hotel room also features a private lanai from which to enjoy panoramic views.

Deluxe Ocean View Room: $370/night
Located in the two side towers of the resort (the Napili and Lahaina towers), these ocean view rooms provide a full view of the Pacific Ocean while overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds, pools, and ponds of the resort; some of these rooms are pointed away from the main hotel grounds but still offer an ocean view. Guestrooms are 451 square feet and feature a sleek, contemporary Hawaiian design that is both comfortable and sophisticated. Bedding includes either one king bed with a full size sofa pull-out, or two beds consisting of one queen and one double bed. Premier Ocean Front Room: $430/night
Mainly located in the central Atrium tower overlooking the pool, but can be throughout the three towers of the resort, the ocean front rooms offer an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Lana'i and Moloka'i. Guestrooms are 451 square feet and feature a sleek, contemporary Hawaiian design that is both comfortable and sophisticated. Bedding includes either one king bed with a full size sofa pull-out, or two beds consisting of one queen and one double bed. Each newly remodeled luxury hotel room also features a private lanai from which to enjoy panoramic ocean views.

Regency Club Ocean View Room: $470/night
The group rate applies to 2 Adults and 2 Children 17 and under in the room. There is an additional fee for each Adult over 2 Adults in the room of $130/adult/nt to cover the extra food offerings on the Regency Club Level.
