How Lift Tickets Will Work This Season 

New This Year: you DO need to purchase your lift tickets in advance to ensure availability; log in to our website at HolidaySeminars.com and select Add Lift Tickets from your personal dropdown menu to place your order.  You may purchase as many discounted lift tickets as you wish for everyone in your party including family and friends.  You will pickup your lift tickets directly at our hospitality desk on the 1st floor of the Viceroy upon arrival in Snowmass, so there is no longer a need to go to the ticket window to purchase your discounted lift tickets (see the bottom of this page for the times you can pick them up).   Our group lift tickets are the best prices available, and are the best bet without any mountain restrictions. 

Returns/Exchanges Policy: If a ticket has not been used yet, it can be refunded or exchanged at our hospitality desk; note there will be a change/return fee of $30 per ticket for exchanges or returns after tickets have been purchased.  If a ticket has already begun being used, any unused days can be enrolled in the Aspen Skiing Co.'s In-Resort Credit Program for future use (good for the current and next winter season toward lift tickets, lessons, rentals, or activities).  Bring your ticket to a ticket office or Four Mountain Sports store or call within 10 days of expiration to receive the credit for unused days (you will need info on your lift ticket).

Each lift ticket is a Radio Frequency Gate Pass Card about the size of a credit card with a microchip embedded in it.  It can be kept in your pocket and it will allow you to easily pass through the turnstiles at each lift.  Before skiing, you must take a picture of each lift ticket showing the ASP# with your phone; this is the only receipt in case the ticket is lost.  If you are out of days and want to ski additional days, you can pick up a highly discounted single extension day lift ticket from our hospitality desk.

If you purchase your lift tickets with the Aspen Anesthesia group, they are available at special discounted group rate prices, and are significantly less than the ticket window pricing and prices that the Central Reservations office or the lodging properties offer.  These rates also include a Mountain Advantage Discount Card, which will be automatically included with your lift ticket.  Mountain Advantage Discounts entitle you to discounts at some on-mountain restaurants, a 15% discount on child/teen/adult group lessons (ages 3 & up), and you'll receive 7-day advance purchase pricing on private lessons and adult first time lessons.  Both your group lift ticket and the Mountain Advantage Discount Card must be presented to receive discounts.

Lessons and Rentals

Ski/Snowboard Lessons: Your group lift ticket will come with a Mountain Advantage Discount Card, which offers a 15% discount on child/teen/adult group lessons (ages 3 & up), and you'll receive 7-day advance purchase pricing on private lessons and adult first time lessons.  Both your group lift ticket and Mountain Advantage Card must be presented to receive the discounts.  You can book lessons online in advance at our group's discounted prices without having to go to the ticket window, and we strongly recommend you reserve ahead to ensure you have a spot.  You can also book rentals with Four Mountain Sports through the below link.

If you don't purchase lessons through this link, you will need to take your group lift ticket to a ticket window to buy discounted lessons on-site.

Rentals: Gene Taylor's Sports offers our group a 40% discount on ski and snowboard rentals, and has the best prices in the village.  To save time in the rental shop Reserve Your 2026 Gene Taylor's Sports Rentals Online Here at least 3 days prior to arrival.  Click on the RESERVE NOW tab and fill out info for each person in your party, making sure to enter ASPEN ANESTHESIA as the group name.  The discount will not show up on the website, but will be applied when you arrive at Gene Taylor's and when you show your discount coupon that you'll receive from us on-site.

Ski School Lessons and Lift Tickets 

If your children will be in ski school lessons, and you're wondering whether or not you need to buy a separate lift ticket for them, use the following guide:

Ages 2.5 to 3 in Lessons:  a lift ticket, childcare, lesson, equipment, and lunch are included in the lesson fee, so you don't need to get a separate complimentary gate pass for them except for days they're not in ski school.

Ages 3 to 4 in Lessons:  a lift ticket, childcare, lesson, and lunch are included in the lesson fee (no equipment is included), so you don't need to get a separate complimentary gate pass for them except for days they're not in ski school.

Ages 5 to 6 in Lessons:  a lift ticket, lesson and lunch are included in the lesson fee (no equipment is included), so you don't need to get a separate complimentary gate pass for them except for days they're not in ski school.

Ages 7-12 in Lessons: a lesson and lunch are included, but no lift tickets or equipment in the lesson fee. So you DO need to buy lift tickets separately for them to cover every day they're skiing, whether in lessons or not.

Ages 13-17 in Lessons: no lift tickets, lunch, or equipment in the lesson fee. So you DO need to buy lift tickets separately for them to cover every day they're skiing, whether in lessons or not.

Adult First Time Lessons (ages 18+): a "lower" lift ticket and all equipment is included in the lesson fee, so you don't need to buy a separate lift ticket except for days they're not in ski school.  There is also an option for “Lesson Only” in this category if you already have equipment and lift tickets.
